As an International Recruiter, you will be the bridge between global talent and our organization’s growth. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple regions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while building diverse and high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
· End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation for international roles.
· Global Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and niche networks to identify top-tier talent in various geographic markets.
· Compliance & Mobility: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and assist in relocation or visa processes when necessary.
Qualifications
· Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically within an international or fast-paced environment.
· Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory. Fluency in another language (e.g., French, Spanish, German) is a strong plus.
· Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of ATS and advanced sourcing techniques.
· Soft Skills: Excellent cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
