HR Operations Specialist
Our client is a fast-growing multinational company operating in the industrial and electronics sector, looking for a talented HR Operations Specialist to strengthen its HR team and support the development of its operations in Tunisia. This role is ideal for a structured, proactive, and detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys managing HR processes while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Manage daily HR operations and administrative processes
Oversee the employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, documentation, and offboarding
Ensure compliance with local labor law and internal HR policies
Coordinate payroll preparation and maintain accurate HR data
Manage personnel records and HR reporting
Support HR audits and social compliance procedures (CNSS, labor authorities)
Contribute to improving HR processes and operational efficiency
Qualifications
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration
Good knowledge of labor law and social compliance
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Comfortable with HRIS and Microsoft Office tools
Fluency in French; English is a plus
