Brand Manager
On behalf of our client operating in the luxury goods sector, we are looking for a Brand Manager reporting to the Brand & Retail Director. As the guarantor of the operational translation of brand identity and marketing strategy across the store network, he/she drives network performance to ensure retail execution consistency, point-of-sale profitability, and the enhancement of collections in line with the brand’s DNA.
Key Responsibilities
Drive brand consistency across all stores: image standards, merchandising, sales messaging, and customer experience
Oversee the store network in coordination with the network manager and store managers, set execution priorities and monitor deployment quality
Supervise in-store commercial activations: campaigns, key moments, product launches, POS materials, and store events
Build and evolve the product offer and ranges in line with market expectations, sell-out performance, field feedback, and brand strategy
Analyze sales, stock rotation, category performance, stockouts, and commercial KPIs to guide product and retail decisions
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders: marketing, visual merchandising, sales, supply chain, production, partners, and distributors
Identify network growth levers: merchandising optimization, customer experience improvement, store openings, and renovations
Contribute to assortment decisions by store, format, or region, taking into account local commercial potential
Retail-Specific Skills
Store network management: aligning standards, prioritizing field actions, and supporting store managers in reaching their targets
Merchandising: product placement, collection staging, and customer journey optimization
Commercial animation: designing, planning, and deploying in-store retail operations aligned with brand strategy
Retail performance culture: revenue, conversion rate, average basket, stock rotation, sales per sq ft, and product availability
Field management: ability to unite, coach, train, and challenge retail teams
Customer experience: delivering a consistent brand promise in every store through service, presentation, and sales discourse
Additional Business Skills
Solid understanding of branding, brand marketing, and product development
Strong analytical and decision-support capabilities based on commercial and market data
Excellent cross-functional coordination and multi-stakeholder project management
Strong product sense: collection coherence, price positioning, and offer desirability
Good command of management tools: Excel and commercial reporting solutions
Candidate Profile
Master’s degree in marketing, business, management, or equivalent
8 to 10 years of experience in brand, retail, or product roles, with strong field exposure
Significant experience in fashion, accessories, leather goods, or premium retail is a strong plus
Leadership, operational rigor, aesthetic sensibility, results orientation, and strong execution capacity
