Store Manager
On behalf of a Luxury House, we are looking for a Store Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of a new point of sale located in La Marsa. This role involves team management, coordination of store activities, and maximizing commercial performance. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, upholding commercial processes, and optimizing the in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet set objectives
Ensure store presentation and merchandising in line with brand standards
Manage inventory and plan restocking based on trends and sales data
Deliver exceptional customer service by training the team to brand standards
Analyze store performance and implement corrective actions when needed
Develop and retain clientele through marketing initiatives and in-store events
Handle administrative and financial aspects of the store, including budget planning
Create a positive and productive work environment focused on employee development
Technical Skills
In-depth knowledge of luxury products and market trends
Financial management and analysis skills
Proficiency with inventory management and point-of-sale tools
Interpersonal Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and team management capabilities
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs
Education & Qualifications
Degree in management, business, or marketing — often complemented by a specialization in luxury or retail management
Recommended Experience
Prior experience in retail, especially in the luxury sector, is strongly recommended
Progression from sales associate to supervisor or assistant manager provides an ideal foundation
