HR Assistant
Our client is a recognized industrial company operating in the electronics sector. As part of the ongoing development of its HR function, the company is looking to recruit a versatile HR Assistant to work closely with and support the HR Manager across administrative, operational, and coordination tasks.
Responsibilities
Monitoring and managing the time & attendance tracking system, including absence records
Preparing variable payroll elements and following up on quarterly and annual declarations
Supporting recruitment and interviews, particularly for production roles
Coordinating onboarding and assisting new hires during their integration
Contributing to the training plan development and evaluating training outcomes
Participating in the development and tracking of HR performance indicators
Technical qualifications
Solid knowledge of labor law and the collective agreement for the electricity & electronics sector
Basic understanding of employment law, taxation, and the labor market
Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Advanced skills in HR software: payroll, time tracking, HRIS
Personal qualifications
Strong organizational skills and high rigor in managing and tracking files
Active listening and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills with clear written and verbal communication
Discretion and strong respect for confidentiality
