Marketing & Sales Specialist
CRK Maroquinerie is looking for a full-time Marketing & Sales Specialist to strengthen the commercial development of its collections. On a daily basis, you will contribute to defining and implementing marketing actions (merchandising, promotional campaigns, in-store activations, digital presence) in line with the brand image. You will monitor commercial performance, prepare sales reports, and propose action plans to optimize revenue. You will support the sales team in the field, contribute to product training and sales techniques, and ensure the quality of customer service. The position is based on-site in Tunis, with regular presence in the boutique and showroom.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
Mastery of customer service and sales techniques, with a strong results orientation
Experience in sales management and tracking of commercial indicators (sales management)
Ability to provide training and support to sales teams (products, sales arguments, procedures)
Strong interest in leather goods, product and detail awareness, ability to understand customer expectations
Organized, autonomous, and reliable in the follow-up of marketing actions and reporting
Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional level of French required; proficiency in Arabic and/or English is an asset
