Senior Accountant
As part of the strategic expansion of its operations in Tunisia, a leading multinational company in the electronics manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its Finance Department. Responsibilities
Manage daily HR operations and administrative processes
Oversee the employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, documentation, and offboarding
Ensure compliance with local labor law and internal HR policies
Coordinate payroll preparation and maintain accurate HR data
Manage personnel records and HR reporting
Support HR audits and social compliance procedures (CNSS, labor authorities)
Contribute to improving HR processes and operational efficiency
Qualifications
Higher education degree in accounting or finance
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in accounting, ideally in an industrial or multinational environment
Good knowledge of Tunisian accounting and tax standards
Proficiency in IT tools and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent is an asset)
Strong attention to detail, autonomy, organizational skills, and team spirit
Good command of French; English is a plus. Proactive, communicative, and well-organized.
